I can only take on 1-3 slots per month and my TAT is 4-10 weeks after the sketch approval depending on the complexity.
I take about 130-250 hours on average in total for my artworks.
I don’t accept rush commissions.
I don’t do lineart’s. Usually just a clean up sketch or I go straight to rendering.
My artstyle has a lot of brightness or shine with it and I like to use saturation and contrast.
I render on top layers by layers on random (kind of like oil/acrylic painting).
That’s why clean separation of each part of the character for animation purposes or PSD file is not available at the moment!

Option B: 50% upfront before the work begins and the remaining 50% will be after the approval of sketch and before rendering.
Payment Method: PAYPAL only
(by sketch, I mean the 2-3 thumbnail sketches that I will provide. Refer to the work flow below for work process explanation).- Work will not begin until the required payment has been receive.
Thumbnail sketches - these are sketches for composition, angles and character positioning in the illustration.
Refined sketch - Refined chosen sketch. Since I don’t do linearts, I just clean up some parts of the sketches so I call it refined.

Final details.
Discussion: discussing character’s poses, design, composition and everything that is needed to know about the order (refer to the reference and order guide above).
Drafting: the client will be given thumbnail sketches to choose from. I provide 2-3 for clients to pick.
Refining: the chosen thumbnail sketch will be refined and reviewed to confirm.
Review: client will receive work in progress of the artwork. I’ll update every WIP stage (sketch, rendering process and finishing touches) but you can also just ask too for WIPs, just don’t rush me please, thank you!
Completion: the client will receive the final piece. I will send you a G-drive link with the PNG file for the final artwork. No physical items will be delivered.
The character illustration in PNG file.
Unless there is a specified size, the artwork will be created in 2160x3840 (9:16) with 350 dpi.
Both with watermark and without watermark versions of the artwork – I am not responsible for unauthorized third-party use, theft, or reproduced in any form or matter after the commission is complete.
Digital files only, no physical items will be delivered.
Sketching Phase (thumbnail sketch and refined sketch phase):
You may request multiple revisions during the sketch phase, as long as they are within reason and consistent with the original concept.
Rendering Phase:
Minor revisions include color adjustments, small proportion fixes, and correcting overlooked/missed details. Complete 180° change of pose, clothing, and hairstyle will have an additional fee. If the revision is due to my mistake, I will fix it without any cost added.
No refunds once the rendering process has begun.
80% refund if thumbnail sketches have been provided and rendering has not started.
Full refund only if the commission has not been started at all.
Intellectual property and credits remain with the artist.
I retain full copyright over all commissioned artwork.
I may showcase commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or any publication media.
Granting commercial rights does not remove the artist’s right to post or display the artwork in portfolios unless explicitly negotiated. If there is a specific timing for when the artwork should be made public, please let me know in advance.
Personal Use: No Fee
You may post it, use it as your profile picture and header, or promote yourself with the artwork on any social media with proper credit (mentioning my username is enough – @gewienoh).
You can use the artwork for desktop or phone wallpapers
You may print and display the artwork only for yourself.
You may not reproduce, sell, or use the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
Monetized Content: No Fee
Streamers may use the artwork as thumbnails, waiting screen, profile pictures, and banners on Twitch, Youtube or any streaming services you use. Just credit me where it is visible.
You can include the artwork in your videos and streams.
This does not include resale, merchandise and commercial products.
Commercial Use:
Commercial rights: +75% of the original cost.
Using it in advertisements or marketing materials
Reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately or bulk orders (T-shirt, postcard, art prints or any type of merchandise)
Book cover art, song album or CD cover and the likes.
The type of commercial rights : Non-Exclusive Rights
This means the client has permission to use the artwork for specified purposes.
Both you (the client) and I (the artist) may reproduce, sell, and profit from the artwork.
I retain the right to sell prints, merchandise, and display the artwork at events such as anime conventions.
Commercial rights are non-transferable. Third parties must obtain separate permission.
Using my artwork as an NFT or AI is NOT ALLOWED!
Any personal information shared will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the commission.
You may not claim the artwork as your own. Please credit me still if you’re going to use it anywhere! Again, just mentioning my username or linking my profile is enough! Thank you!
I have the right to decline your commission if I’m unable to draw it or if the request doesn't match my specialty.
In case of any payment issues, commissions may be paused until resolved. Usage rights of the artwork are only granted after full payment is completed.
I may revise these terms from time to time at any point.
If changes are made, active and completed commissions before the revision happened will not be affected!
